Is situated in the eastern side of the County Galway in the baronies of Tiaquin and Kilconnel, bounded by the parishes of Moylough, Killian, Killeroran, Ballynakill and Ahascragh in the Barony of Killian, by Ahascragh and Fohanagh in the Barony of Kilconnel, by Ballymacward in the baronies of Kilconnel and Tiaquin and by Killoscobe Parish in the Barony of Tiaquin.
